Member email addresses and student IDs are private. Public profiles appear only with administrator approval.
Approved articles show their author and chosen illustrations publicly. Puzzle submissions and ranked arithmetic answers are stored for scoring and moderation. Leaderboards are visible to members only after administrator publication. Assessment responses are stored securely. Configured monitoring records browser focus, visibility, fullscreen, clipboard, and connectivity events. It never records camera, microphone, or screens. Events support human review and do not prove misconduct. Monitoring records are retained for 90 days by default. Contact the club administrator for account or data requests.
